We want you to feel good about every purchase. Here's exactly how refunds work for each thing we offer, in plain language. This policy is operated by Before It's Gone LLC.
Premium membership ($6/month)
- You can cancel anytime from your account. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
- We don't pro-rate partial months, but if you were charged by mistake or cancelled right after a renewal, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
- No contract or lock-in — it's month to month.
Return Night event tickets
- Tickets are for a specific one-night event, so they're generally non-refundable once purchased — but they are transferable, so you're welcome to give your ticket to someone else.
- If a Return Night is cancelled or doesn't go ahead — for example, if pre-sale ticket targets aren't met by the stated date — you'll receive a full refund automatically to your original payment method.
- If your plans change, reach out before the event and we'll do our best to help with a transfer or credit where possible.
Farewell Campaign fees (for venues)
Campaign fees are governed by the written agreement you sign before any work begins, including its deposit and cancellation terms. The 50% deposit covers work already underway and is non-refundable once the campaign has started.
How to request a refund
Reach out through the contact form on our homepage with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
