A proper goodbye for beloved places
When a beloved restaurant, bakery, theatre or shop is closing, we help it have the final month it deserves — and we keep its stories alive after the last day.
Delivered in 2–4 weeks. The memory page stays free for customers, always.
“Tell everyone who ever loved it. Run the farewell nights. Keep the stories.”
What we do
Farewell Campaign
Announcement copy, an email and social campaign to past customers, farewell event nights, a public memory page of stories and photos, and a local press pitch — delivered in 2–4 weeks.
Return Night
A closed place people still talk about, brought back for a single ticketed evening with its original owner or chef, its signature menu, and its stories built into the night.
Memory Page
Every campaign collects the community's photos and memories into a page that stays online after the doors close — a permanent capsule for the people who loved the place.
How a campaign runs
A one-page agreement: dates, scope, and who owns the photos and stories. 50% deposit to begin.
Copy in the owner's voice, the memory page goes live, and the email + social sequence is scheduled.
Final menu or programme, ticketing, a photographer, and a daily five-minute check-in with the owner.
A completed memory page, a final statement, and every story collected — kept alive after the last day.
Pricing
For our first client in a new city — labelled a pilot, openly.
Our standard campaign, plus 10% of farewell-event ticket revenue.
Per ticket. One night only — an already-closed place, brought back.
We never discount the price quietly. If a venue can't meet it, we reduce scope at a named lower price — the memory page stays free for customers either way.
For everyone who loves a place
Tell us the places you love. We'll let you know when one is saying goodbye — in time for one last visit — and invite you to the farewell and Return Nights.
For owners, families & brokers
There's still time to make the final month a good story. Tell us about the place and we'll reply within one business day with a one-page outline — and an honest answer about whether a campaign fits the timeline.
We work one city at a time, in person. If we can't do it properly, we'll tell you.
We searched for a company doing this as a business and didn't find one — done-for-you farewell campaigns, ticketed Return Nights, and closing alerts, together. The hard part isn't the technology. It's showing up, in one city, for an owner in the hardest month of their working life. That's the work we do.
